CONFIDENTIALITY: We DO NOT make our client details available to other organizations (including private, public and government) under any circumstances unless permission is given by the client! This includes any and all client details obtained by E-mail, the WebSite, telephone, fax etc.
SECURITY: Great care and effort is exercised in securely maintaining your personally identifiable information. The client data areas of our customer database are password protected and available only to to employees who need direct access to that data in order to do their jobs.

These newsletters are used to update and educate subscribers about various services we provide, general industry information, various products and services. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and address. At the bottom of each e-mail newsletter are details and instructions on how to un-subscribe at any time.
TELL-A-FRIEND; If a visitor decides to use our online referral service for informing a friend about our WebSite, we ask them for the friend's name and address. Razor Micro, Inc.™ will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the WebSite. This information is only used to send this one-time e-mail.
LOG FILES: We use IP addresses to analyze trends, number of visitors, browser types, operating system and broad demographic information (also called WebSite stats). IP addresses ARE NOT linked to personally identifiable information.
